Tianwan Cola Post mix tower (i.e., Coke Mixing Machine with Valve/Mixed Beverage Machine) is a kind of equipment that realizes the preparation of carbonated beverages through pressure control and refrigeration technology, and its core function is to mix carbonated water and syrup in proportion to provide cold carbonated drinks. 1.Built-in water filtration system: Tap water removes impurities, residual chlorine, and odors through multi-layer filter elements (e.g., PP cotton, activated carbon) to produce treated water that can be directly drunk, ensuring pure water quality.

2.Built-in CO₂ carbonization system: the treated water is pressurized by the carbonization pump at high pressure, atomized in the carbonization cylinder through the nozzle, and fully mixed with CO₂ gas to produce carbonated water. The low pressure pushes the syrup bag or syrup drum, and this dual-pressure design ensures a stable delivery of carbonated water and syrup.

3.Built-in refrigeration system: The compressor drives the refrigerant to expand and absorb heat in the evaporation coil, so that the surface of the coil soaked in the sink forms a 3-5cm thick ice plate, and the water temperature is stably controlled at about 0°C. The ice probe monitors the ice thickness in real time, and automatically starts the compressor to make up for cooling when the thickness is insufficient. This design is more energy-efficient than traditional air cooling and can respond quickly to demand during peak hours. The refrigeration system ensures that the beverage temperature is constant below 2°C and has a cool taste, especially suitable for summer dining scenarios.

4.Mixing and dispensing system: The cooled carbonated water and syrup are transported to the dispensing valve through an independent pipeline, and the valve head has a built-in ratio regulator (such as 1:5 or 1:6 sugar-to-water ratio), when the user presses the valve handle, the two fluids are initially mixed at the valve mouth and flow into the cup to further fuse to form a beverage. Some high-end models support nitrogen mixing, which can create a dense foam similar to beer.

5.Ready-to-drink, stable quality: Carbonated water and syrup are mixed and used to avoid insufficient gas or flavor loss caused by improper storage of bottled beverages.
